COOKING GUIDELINES


OVEN TEMPERATURE: 200oC/GAS MARK 6 TIME: 20-25 MINUTES
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 180oC/GAS MARK 6. PLACE THE FOIL TRAY CONTAINING THE BUFFALO INTO THE CENTRE OF THE OVEN AND  COOK FOR 20 - 25 MINUTES, FOR BEST RESULTS, COVER THE TOP OF THE TRAY WITH FOIL. PLACE THE  MASH POTATO IN THE TRAY PROVIDED ON THE MIDDLE SHELF AND COOK FOR 25 - 30 MINUTES. PLACE THE GREEN BEANS AND BACON PARCELS ON A PRE HEATED TRAY ( WITH A LITTLE SPLASH OF OIL ) ON THE TOP SHELF AND COOK FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES
