COOKING GUIDELINES


OVEN TEMPERATURE: 200oC/GAS MARK 6 TIME: 30-35 MINUTES
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 200oC/GAS MARK 6. PLACE THE FOIL TRAY CONTAINING THE BRAISED BUFFALO MEDALLIONS INTO THE CENTRE OF THE OVEN AND COOK FOR 30 - 35 MINUTES, FOR BEST RESULTS, COVER THE TOP OF THE TRAY WITH FOIL. PLACE THE  POTAOTES ONTO A PRE-HEATED BAKING TRAY ( WITH A LITTLE SPLASH OF OIL ). PUT THE TRAY ON THE TOP SHELF OF THE OVEN AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN ADD THE CARROTS TO THE TRAY AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 15 - 20 MINUTES. PLACE THE YORKSHIRE PUDDING ON THE BOTTOM SHELF FOR 4 MINUTES.
